Atomi is transforming the educational experience by optimising the way high schools across the world, teach and learn. In just a few short years, our team and business has grown massively and guess what? We’re ready to scale even further!

Founded in 2011, Atomi began with just a few 'how to' maths videos. It turned out that students and teachers really enjoyed our simple, fun and practical style. We now deliver millions of lessons each year to students around the world, inspiring a love for learning beyond the classroom and empowering students and teachers to work better together.

In this role, you’ll be responsible for contacting and developing relationships with new potential customers in our Australian and International Markets. You'll plan and implement strategic outreach email campaigns, call prospects and qualify new opportunities - you’ll be responsible for growing our sales pipe and contributing to our growth moving forward!

The main game...

  • Use prospecting strategies to lead initial conversations with inbound prospects
  • Develop strategic email campaigns to reach prospective schools
  • Identify the needs and challenges of the prospective customer
  • Determine the prospect's interest in Atomi and what their specific use case is
  • Schedule discovery meetings for sales representatives and prospects
  • Conduct online demo’s of the Atomi platform to customers
  • Work closely with the Sales Account Executive team to develop and close a full sales pipeline
  • What you'll bring to the team...

  • You’re a smart worker and have an interest in entering software sales or developing your software sales career
  • You are a self-motivated individual with excellent time management skills
  • You are known for your exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • You’re comfortable on the phone and managing many prospects
  • You have experience working in a fast-paced, collaborative team
  • You’re comfortable running staff and student presentations, onboarding and online demos

  • You have had experience in a sales/business development role previously
  • You have worked with schools or teachers in a previous role
  • You have a passion for education!
